Refunds, Returns & Guarantee
Because our products are federally compliant hemp-derived THC beverages, opened products generally cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements are available within 30 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise affected by a verified quality issue.

If you are dissatisfied with your first order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Our team reviews all requests individually to determine the appropriate resolution. Requests should be submitted to rick@lodoshots.com.

First-Time Trial Guarantee
Any "100% Guarantee" or "Money-Back Guarantee" advertised by LoDo Shots applies only to eligible first-time trial orders. An eligible first-time trial order is defined as a single product purchased in a single order. The guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases, bundles, subscriptions, wholesale orders, or orders containing multiple products. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within the timeframes described above.
